It's sold directly by Newegg so I wouldn't worry about it.
Have you seen the Quickfire Ultimate? It's cheaper but the bottom row isn't standard so you'll have a hard time replacing the keycaps.
I'm actually surprised you need a 10 key. Most people just want them because keyboards are supposed to have them. With that said, most of my affordable suggestions are TKL or smaller.
But here are a couple:

The last one is a black switch, like reds but require about 20% more pressure to push.
Found this one for $87, is it the same model you're using?
Those are miles better than Cosair/Logitech keyboards IMO. For more options, I would suggest you visit /r/mechanicalkeyboards for questions, or this excellent guide.
CMstorm I like it

If your budget allows, these will make you enjoy whatever board you get substantially more. I'd keep these in mind if I were you
I can check more sites later tonight, but that's about all I could immediately find. Keep in mind that those with MX Blacks will be heavier than the MX Reds
TBH my posture isn't particularly bad, but it's true that I don't float my hands while typing. Because of that, raising my chair would cause more wrist strain since it would cause my wrist to bend backwards more. I'll try this floating hands while typing thing but it's going to be awkward =)
I ordered a supposedly lower height mech keyboard + wrist rest from Amazon and am waiting on it. I'll just keep whichever keyboard that feels more comfortable.
