My paddleboards are packed away for the Alaska winter, but I bought a Coleman party stacker cooler (I didn't want a tall cooler) and found a foam pet bed that fit perfectly in the recessed lid. I added on some tie-down points to anchor the cooler, and will be adding velcro to the bottom of the pet ped/lid of the cooler this summer. It is just enough height to take pressure off my knees/hips and the pet bed is comfy, plus I have somewhere to keep drinks and food cool. I also pack a collapsable kayak paddle with me and switch to that when I'm sitting. Link to the cooler: https://www.amazon.com/Coleman-24-Can-Stacker-Portable-Cooler/dp/B002BMCLMU?th=1
Coleman "stacker" coolers are great!
I usually end up cutting it at 180ish due to time and hungry guests, but prefer to cut around 150-160. You can really tell a difference between resting times its a very important part of the process.
I use these as resting coolers they work great:
Try putting a cooler in there.
Or the one made by Tasmanian but its much more expensive.
Can confirm the Coleman party stacker works in a Model 3 frunk.
Edit: It's actually the 25-Quart Coleman Party Stacker that we tested at a MN Tesla Owners meet-up.
We bought a 12qt Polycarbonate food service container.
I then made a "Insulator" out of the Reflectix Bubble Wrap insulation that wraps around the vessle. Don't forget a lid either (and cut a hole for the circulator to slip through.
Alternately, a cheap cooler makes a good alternative.
This one is popular on another forum:
I use a party stacker cooler:
Hole cut out to fit the anova and cut it up the middle so you can open the lid without moving the cooker.
I just cut a hole in a Coleman stacker cooler.
Cheap and effective.

I like this cooler for a dedicated meat cooler.
I hadn't thought of that. But I wish I had. I'm definitely going to need to cool the water in the reservoir somehow.
