Coleman makes a propane grill/one burner combo thats roughly the same size/dimensions as the ones pictured. Thats what I use and I love it.
This is what I use, it has a simple plastic drip tray to catch all the grease: Coleman Camp Propane Grill/Stove https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000W4VD8C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_3NOaxbV8TPT0M
Pro tip: don't try to grill wings on it, it is great for everything else but the flare ups from the wings will cause that little plastic tray to melt and catch on fire. Now I just use a little tray made out of foil to catch the drippings
Actually it's this one on Amazon https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B000W4VD8C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I only know of this one https://www.amazon.com/Coleman-Camp-Propane-Grill-Stove/dp/B000W4VD8C
Size is the question. For portability, this is great and does have a grill and griddle plate. It's not a lot of cooking surface though, and not a grill and griddle at the same time. The side burner is nice though. I've had it for a while now.

If portability isn't too much of a problem, I have had this one for years and love it. Can get the griddle insert for the grill side as well, so coffee and bacon/egg in the morning!

Just a basic Coleman propane camp grill like this. I have a little stand / table for it.
I have this grill/stove combo:

Pretty happy with it. Grill side can do four burgers at once. Only bummer is the stove side is really small and only fits a small pan. The grill side is supposedly very NOT safe to put any pan or kettle on or it will melt, so its only for grilling food directly.
Stove side is great for boiling water for coffee even if I can only do like 2 eggs at a time in a 6" pan. I'm bringing a couple of boil-in-a-bag meals to try out this year as well.
One 16 oz propane lasts quite a while. Last year did a dozen burgers, ~20 cups of coffee, 18 eggs and only used about 2/3 of one tank. The two tank limit is fairly reasonable, but I asked some camp mates to bring an extra tank if they wanted to bring a ton more food to grill.
It's a size that is just manageable for me to take. Anything larger is simply out for me given how packed the car already is. Closed up it is (roughly) a rectanguloid so it stacks and packs fairly well compared to other options with odd shapes.
