Then definitely consider the following options from highest to lowest price:
- https://www.amazon.com/Colgate-Advanced-Whitening-Toothpaste-Sparkling/dp/B082F1QH7S. Make sure to brush for at least 2 minutes, twice a day for good effect, slower results but will lighten a shade or two.
- Coconut oil. Put a small amount in your mouth and swish it in your mouth for 20 minutes. This will cost you less than the alternative but it takes the longest time. It helped me but I didn't have the patience.
- https://www.dollartree.com/natural-white-5-minute-teeth-whitening-kits/854973. Never tried it but people say it works. It's just $1 + tax.
