We had a similar situation: We ordered a cooling-gel memory foam pillow from Amazon through a third-party vendor. We received the pillow, and it clearly was not the same one we ordered. After some research, we found that the pillow they'd shipped was a rebranded $10-20 Sealy pillow, vs the $60 one we'd ordered.
We posted a negative review, and the company contacted us VIA PHONE, saying that they'd send us the right pillow if we'd just take the review down. I asked them to give me a day to think it over; in the meantime, they TOOK DOWN THE REVIEW THEMSELVES! We contacted Amazon customer support, and they were astonished, saying for one, they third party vendor shouldn't have been able to contact us via phone, and secondly, they shouldn't be able to edit their reviews. They claimed they'd look into it. We ended up just returning the pillow to get our money back.
The vendor is still selling on Amazon, so I guess they didn't do anything...
Here's the item we "bought", along with the vendor still selling: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K4LTNIA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Costco has these for $20 on occasion(where I got mine), but this is the product on Amazon.

Just a heads up, I love it, but my girlfriend hates it.
