I've had a look and I'd recommend "Communication progressive du français", it has a CD to practise the audio and it seems really good for self-study.

If you can afford it, do an intensive course (like 5 hours/day for 3-4 weeks) so you can get kick-started.

Also, get a good self-study book suited to your level and put in the hours. I've recommended this one before because it has a CD for listening exercises and it seems well suited for self-study:

Again, if you can afford it, get some private lessons, even if it's only twice a month it'll make a huge difference. You can check for Skype lessons which are usually cheaper.
