Maybe I just got lucky, but I have had great experience with the KUJECT cable from Amazon. It's CHEAP and seems to work fine. 2.7 Gbps connected to MOBO USB and 2.5 Gbps on Powered Hub.
I got the 16 foot one.

Are you also sure that your computer can handle most steam vr games?
I bought this. Haven't had any problem whatsoever when using it.
That being said, I have an older RX590, so I'm using the AMD linking software as opposed to AirLink/VD. Seems to work great..
I noticed quite a bit of difference between AirLink and the cable. Mainly because I have two daughters that test the limits of the routers bandwidth HOURLY! lol
That being said, here's the cable I picked up.
Cheers!
First off, "VR-ready PC" is a marketing term. What are the actual specs?
Second, what cable are you currently using?
Third, there are 16-foot cables marketed as Link cables for $20-25 on Amazon. Example: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08J2RP6GD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_YJAA4BJAVXY3M4EH83X9
Also, pro tip: if you want help, don't whine, tell us something actually useful please
