Just get any ear buds you like and attach these to them : https://www.amazon.com/Comply-Cancelling-Audio-Technica-QuietComfort-Replacement/dp/B002NUJ2RM
Noise isolation is the key, you don't want noise canceling to tone down damaging exterior noise. Galaxy buds plus also are effective at isolating and they fit nicely under most helmets.
I've been using both options for years with success.
Thanks for all the help! I got my Tennmaks and I do like them, but maybe it's just because I'm not used to them, but it's rare for me to be able to keep both feeling snug at the same time. When I press them in, briefly, to get a better fit, they sound amazing. That's actually probably not what it's supposed to be like though, maybe a middle ground between what I normally get and when I push them in?
Anyway, I might give it another week or so to try to get used to getting a good fit. But if not, I googled those foam tips and found these. Is 400 the right core size for the Tennmaks? And do you perhaps suggest getting smalls if I feel like the earbuds aren't staying in place?
And no problem about the gold! You've been such a great help.
EDIT: Regarding fit, I just twisted the IEMS back and forth in my ears and they do seem to stick a little better, but they are easy to pull out and I have yet to test them for longer periods of time.
Agree with this. I have a pair and love them, but you should def. get
They make them stay in even better and are super soft. Also Noise Cancellation properties.

Use these ones with the earbuds, though you sadly have to take them off to make them fit in the charging case

My question.... How do u find 7 pro, is it good
Do u recommend it for me??
Yeah sorry if I came off as rude. I more just wanted to make the point that you probably won't be able to get everything at that price without serious comprise.
The taotronics is the only headphone I know under 100 that fits the bill.
As far as IEMs are concerned my biggest recommendation for comfort would be moondrop ssr/ssp(ssp has more bass but otherwise they are functionally identical) and spin fit tips(cp155 is the model I use) cost for that would be 50 CAD for the SSR/P and another 15 CAD for the spin fit tips.
Another notable option is comply foam tips( you'll probably want these due to the extra noise they block out) at 25 CAD. Make sure you follow the instructions on the package and they will be very comfortable.

I had similar issues when I first purchased them. I found the Comply Isolation T-400 Memory Foam Tips (Medium, 3 Pairs) was the solution for me and they sound much better than the stock tips. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002NUJ2RM
The only tips that I find comfortable are the foam ones. Some of us have weird ear canals!
You can get spongey tips for the ones you have now, and it should hold it better.
You squeeze it a bit before placing them on, then they expand slightly after you put them in.
I use these earphones though, they wrap around your ear and hold pretty well.
The Wirecutter had a really good analysis that convinced me to pick up the Monoprice 8320s. I put a pair of isolation tips on them and ended up with some spectacular headphones for under $30.
