Amazon has lots! You need to look for compression socks that list the compression range. Usually for POTS they’ll recommend 30-40mmhg.

In my experience knee high and thigh high work about just as well. Get the knee high ones. You’ll need firm or extra firm compression but they’re sort of hard to put on. Mine are 30-40mmhg which is what is used for POTS.

As for electrolytes, a lot of people like vitassium but personally I prefer to drink pedialyte, it works better for me. Hi-lyte electrolyte concentrate also is my other go to. It’s the most cost effective one I’ve found.
