Yes. Conder. its reasonably priced, molled on there, two retention systems, 24 bucks, lotsa room, smaller version available. But since we're all inevitably going to get into 23 firefights come out with nothing more than a leg wound and have to crawl through 18 miles of dirt and mud if it dosent cost 200 bucks the companies can't sprinkle that magic gear worky good now dust over it so you will surely die when it just suddenly falls apart the moment you touch it.
The first customer review for this little bag looks perfect, just have to buy a "regular" first aid kit to place into it, along with an IBD, small tourniquet, wound seal, etc.

I have noticed the seems are stretching a bit. I also have over filled it. To the point where I have to pinch to zip the zipper. It's been solid so far and its been a couple months.

That's the one for $18, I bought it back in 2012, had it mounted on several bags in different configurations. No real wear to speak of yet.
I sprayed the exterior with scotchgard a while back. And if some does get in, the plastic bags minimize damage and makes it easy to toss what gets damaged. But, knock on wood, I've never had water or condensation ruin anything in it.
I went a different route and got a rip away molle pouch on the inside. I use it mainly for my dopp kit, but it can be used for a variety of things. having it rip away means I can remove it, use it, or whatever, whenever. Here are amazon links to 2 sizes:
For my keys I use a carabiner on the molle next to the rip away pouch. I also use the carabiner when I hold a hydration bladder in there.
