Hi OP - yes, seems some NCs have issues w low sodium levels due to impaired aldosterone production. Do you have any salt cravings? I'm a SW'er and on 0.2mg/d and don't have salt cravings at all. A good CAH reference book to have is by Dr Peter Hindmarsh (granddaddy of Cortisol Pump cah therapy) - CAH book
Hi OP - I hope you get in on the crinecerfont trial. I tried, but they won't allow us on cortisol pump therapy (www.thecortisolpump.com) - just oral meds. I'm a 47yo SW'er. Been on the pump (via NIH trial) since 2013. Also check out Dr Hindmarsh's excellent CAH ref book and his blog
Yay OP! Pls check out Dr P. Hindmarsh's blog @ https://cahisus.co.uk/ - he's a UK based Endo, and his book (thru amz.com) - https://www.amazon.com/Congenital-Adrenal-Hyperplasia-Comprehensive-Guide/dp/0128114835/ref=mp_s_a_1_fkmr3_1?keywords=congenital+adrenal+hyperplasia+dr+hindmarsh&qid=1663618130&sr=8-1-fkmr3
