Here's one on Amazon. There's heaps on the market though, that's just one example. Although I should add that typically dogs will vomit if they drink too much/too fast. If there's no vomiting and there's urination problems there may be something else in play like a UTI or housetraining issues.

One is a bowl that makes drinking/eating more challenging (my boxer mix always guzzles water and then pukes afterwards) and the other is a big steel ball that sits in the water and just slows down the drinking pace slightly. Both work well for what you're describing. try that for one or two days but if it persists go to the vet.
