I’m so very confused by this set up. You can buy a wedge set on Amazon that does all of this for you. You can even upgrade this set and get a travel bag so it can come with you.

I’m so very very confused by this set up, these people have money right? They seem very well off in pictures anyway. Why not get a bed wedge system off Amazon? This one even can come with a travel bag so you can presumably bring it with you.

I got this for recovery from laparoscopic surgery. It's overkill, but I was able to leave enough pieces between my bed and my couch that my shoulders and legs could always be elevated comfortably. It has a few different wedges, so it's easy to customize to however you're feeling in the moment.

I know exactly how you feel. I would sleep on my side with pillow and all. When I was about to get some sleep on my side it was super painful turning and trying to get out of bed. I tried out this contour max bed pillow and it has been awesome. I am finally able to get sleep. Yes it’s a bit pricey but for rest and finally being able to sleep is worth it. My partner has classic EDS, and they absolutely adore their Contour BackMax cushion. It’s pretty much This set up, but one pillow instead of 50. If you’ve got the money, they highly recommend it!

I just had my lap on Monday. I'm normally a stomach sleeper, so I bought this .

I am not using all of the pieces. Mainly the back support is helpful, especially since it can have two different angles. I've been using a pillow for my legs, as that's more comfortable.

Uh...are you implying that it's for sexual use? It's for sale on several different sites, including Sharper Image, QVC, and Amazon.
