If I could have only had one pillow it would be this one https://www.amazon.com/Contour-Products-Flip-Pillow-Standard/dp/B004XI3O3U/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=wedge+pillow&qid=1624054576&s=bedbath&sr=1-3. It’s like a wedge but way comfier. I also had a body pillow + misc extra pillows to keep myself from rolling over. I see how a pregnancy pillow would be helpful but I was perfectly comfy without one.
