I love my giant ceramic wok. Something like this one, works great, easy to clean, easier than even teflon.
Cast iron is nice for some things (e.g. steaks), but for 99% of my cooking, I am using ceramic now days.
My roommate got one of these non stick ones that works well enough for us. We just have a standard gas stove. Best part is NOTHING sticks to it. Not even day old sticky corn-starch based sauces (we're lazy)
