Take good care of it, try to use wood and plastic tools only.
To be honest, neither of those are very good. Both looks like they'll warp. The T-Fal coating may last a bit longer.
Here's a Cook's Standard pan that I know to be good. One long-lasting pan is better than a bunch of cheap ones.
Here's a set of two by the same company, slightly cheaper model.
As a plus, both are oven safe, presuming you slide the handle off the first one.
