It depends on where you live I think. I run a 4x4x7ft and on the West coast of the US, I can use a cheap $20 amazon humidifier. Dehumidifiers I gotta get one 4 times as big. This runs well no fancy features it gets it done so far.

There's plenty of others like those. Main thing you want is a reservoir about that size so you only need to fill it maybe once a day at worst during early veg days, and analog switches/dials so that a controller and turn it on/off without some sort of digital thing resetting every time.
