Najs, har funderat på samma grej själv. Det finns f.ö. små maskiner som kan kyla ner en burk på en minut genom att rotera dem i kallvatten. Jag vet inte hur portabla de kan vara, men det vore skoj att stå utanför systemet och kyla folks öl. Här är ett exempel på en som säljs av Satan själv. Den verkar kräva både el och is för att fungera.

We bought a Cooper Cooler a few years ago, and it has been a blessing in the house. We get occasional spur of the moment dinner parties and tossing a bottle of wine into it for a few minutes is great. Plus the kids use it for the occasional soda.

Not gonna lie -- I totally forgot to look...

That being said, I googled around and found a different technology that does something similar.. here is a link to a page with videos, etc.

I'll report back with the one I saw if I get around to going there soon :)

There are these. You put in a bottle and a bunch of ice and it rotates the bottle and sprays ice cold water on it also. Takes about a minute or two.

Not really anything in the way of a cold torch but scientists do use lasers to cool down molecules, but I don't think that's going to scale up.
