Something like this should work great to help it blend in a bit and not stick out from the wall.
Also, hello fellow Salt Lake-ian (I'm technically in Cottonwood Heights, but the PO occasionally decides I actually live in SLC for some reason lol)!
I don't know what you're working with space wise, but I'm guessing your best bet is some sort of cable raceway
Your biggest concerns with raceway would be style (paintable/non/color?) proper length, and width.
I like it. Bonus points if that socket has USB plug-ins.
You should run a small piece of cable raceway to hide the cord between the shelf and outlet.
No sorry it doesn’t
It’s just a simple ”Cable Cover Channel”. Example below on Amazon (this one is far to wide for a single cable though so need to find a smaller one.
Beautiful. I would suggest a cable concealer for the tv wires but otherwise it's 👌
Sorry might be me direct translating from native language that messed up your search.
“Cable Cover Channel” seems to be better. Found below on Amazon just as an example (this one is far to wide for a iPad cable though so need to find a smaller one.
I think that hiding the cords could do a lot for the space as well. A cord channel would work for that (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GPFDL1K/ref=cm_sw_r_u_apa_glt_fabc_9A3YR1SAM4KY78WTE2YX).
I would also suggest mounting the extension cord plug in part behind the TV, since the TV cord is too short and the plug in piece wouldn't fit in the channel. You may need a longer extension cord to do that.
Get a longer USB C cable for the CC, then tape/hide it behind the TV, route it's power cable with the Power/HDMI cable from your TV and then hide all your cables with something like this
Yeah, I'm planning to just run the wires along the wall/ceiling and cover them using these
Here are my suggestions:
All of that can be done with double sided tape, no drilling necessary.
you could search around for some cable raceway hardware to make it look more built-in. i don't know how small they make them, the one i linked is 1" wide which is overkill but it may fit your aesthetic preference anyways. could do black for some nice contrast, also
Something like this and cut it in different pieces to put on each change in level.
With more work you could run behind the walls, could also use a router to cut a hole in the wainscoting.
Wow. Looks amazing, and I'm sure it sounds fantastic as well. I love all of your plants! And that giant round window!
Have you considered purchasing cable raceways like these to hide the cables from your TV and along the ground? It's a small purchase that has made a huge difference for me in terms of feeling comfortable in my space.
They have these kits that make the cords less ugly. Adding another outlet is an easy enough job, but be aware of electrical codes and the additional labor needed of patching/repairing the wall, as they'll need to take a decent amount out of the drywall to run the wires.

If you are unfamiliar or uncomfortable with drilling holes into your floors or ceilings this is the route I would go. I’ve done this in apartments before I bought my house and it always went well. Just takes some planning to make sure you get good cable runs that aren’t really visible.
Maybe ziptie all cables down the speaker legs and table legs and rub them along the corner of the floor? You might need extensions to make everything flush to the legs. Then use a cord concealer like this from Amazon along the floor for everything to connect
I'm using something like this . It's paintable. I use it inside the case and out to hide the cable runs down the back side of the case to the outlet.
I wouldn’t be bragging about that. If you can’t / don’t know how to fish it through the wall then atleast go buy the wire channels that hide it better and then paint it.

It should be fine, I guess if you want to really be cautious just keep watch on it in the summer. Also is suggest one of these cable raceways to hide those cables from the C1. Im buying a c1 on friday how are you liking it?

I use these around everything. After posting this picture I noticed my headset cord hanging behind my desk and it already annoys me lol!
Agreed, looks great! Just an FYI - there are paintable covers you can get to hide the wires.

I use these to hide cords from my toddler. They mostly blend in with the wall. Super easy to use. We rent so I attach them with command strips and can’t speak to their adhesive.
I like a lot of what I'm seeing here! The repurposed stool stand now used as a keyboard and mouse shelf, that lamp and the glass desk are pretty sweet.
I think your space wants a more fitting 3-drawer organizer. That thing looks like it should be in a bathroom, not in a battletop.
The only other suggestion I have is the inevitable cable management situation you have there. Without something behind the desk to hide the cables, your business is all out there for the world to see. At the very least, a power supply could be attached to the back of the gray wood piece.
Since you can't really hide anything behind those glass desk legs, your best bet would be to tidy the cables up with zip ties (or twist ties if that's all you have on hand) and then attempt to attach them to the glass neatly. You could also get cable raceways like these here to place on the back of the gray wood panel and hide the cables that way.
Lot of potential here! Good luck!
I had the same issue years ago with concrete walls everywhere. My only solution was to install these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GPFDL1K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_8TPMH4DTB9VAB21J0SX3
And double sided tape.
Unless you look hard, you'll forget it's there.
I've had many guests over and no one ever mentioned or saw them. When my lease owas over, I popped them off and installed them in my place.
Rather cheap to do and works super well.
You could use something like this for the walls. I’d put a small shelf or nightstand type thing minimum to house the modem(?) and is the PlayStation currently mounted to the wall like that? I’m trying to be helpful but this is hopefully satire?hide cables
Or you can get something like this?
Cord Cover Raceway Kit, 157in Cable Cover Channel, Paintable Cord Concealer System Cable Hider, Cord Wires, Hiding Wall Mount TV Powers Cords in Home Office, 10X L15.7in X W0.95in X 0.55in, White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GPFDL1K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_jsTUFbZXE6RBM?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Might as well get cable trims from amazon
Cord Cover Raceway Kit, 157in Cable Cover Channel, Paintable Cord Concealer System Cable Hider, Cord Wires, Hiding Wall Mount TV Powers Cords in Home Office, 10X L15.7in X W0.95in X 0.55in, White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GPFDL1K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_zS4QFbR216W8M
You could try something like a cord concealer (amazon link below). This makes it so it isn't as messy/noticable. If you want it completely hidden, you can do inwall cables but that requires more work on your part and you may not be comfortable with that.
Overall, looks like you got a pretty nice setup. But since you asked for cable management recs ill give you my nit picky opinion.
It's hard to see your cables to make management recommendations but my initial reaction would be to suggest something like this, painted to match or complement the color of your wall. I think it would look best if it ran strait down to below the top of your desk or maybe down and then horizontally over to behind your monitor.
That said, I feel like length is going to be an issue and I'm not sure if your cables are long enough to really get those nice straight vertical and horizontal runs. Additionally it looks like you have a lot of cable mass and the raceways in my link are probably not big enough to fit it all. You would need to search for larger raceways, have more than one raceway, or reduce the number of cables in the run. A possible solution would be to run a USB hub at your desk and then run a single USB cable up to your PC, not sure if that has any performance or latency drawbacks though (it looks like you probably game so I'm going to assume that matters to you.) You'd want to find the least number of cables you can get away with. I also don't like whatever is coming out of the cable pass through above your mouse. Can it be run behind the desk and just come up behind the speaker out of sight?
Aesthetically, I think your headphones would look better on a stand or under-desk hook ( I get it though, I hang mine off my monitor arm because its just convenient and doesn't take up desk space)
Cord Cover Raceway Kit, 157" Cable Cover Channel, Paintable Cord Concealer System Cable Hider, Cord Wires, Hiding Wall Mount TV Powers Cords in Home Office, 10X L15.7in X W0.95in X 0.55in https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GPFDL1K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_4K1eFbK943Z67
get yourself some wire hiders from amazon to clean up those wires dangling from the tv. will make room look cleaner! heres a link to amazon for some
If you don’t wanna break the drywall and run your cords through the wall, try some some of these. They work well and look very clean. I used them for my wall mounted tv in my house and it looks great.
Get a cheap thingy to hide the wires for your TV.
i dunno if a white tube hanging from your tv will look much better.
i'd recommend something like this.
https://www.amazon.com/Raceway-Management-Channel-Paintable-Concealer/dp/B07GPFDL1K
or this
https://www.amazon.com/D-Line-Raceway-1D3015W-Electrical-Paintable/dp/B077YD9DG6
They're great! Both are from Amazon. The ones underneath my window bench that look like shoe molding are called D-line cable raceways. The one to the right of my buffet is modular so you can make it turn in different directions. It's this one: https://www.amazon.com/Raceway-Management-Channel-Paintable-Concealer/dp/B07GPFDL1K/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=cable+raceway&qid=1613078687&s=electronics&sr=1-3
First matter of business is to take the weight off the cord. You can do what the other poster suggested with a chain, or use a little S-clip like this (as pictured in use here). Or you can just tie a knot in the cord and hang it off the knot!
After the tension isn’t on the rest of the cord, you can put it in a raceway. This one is kinda big but there are all kinds, and they’re all paintable to they can blend in with the wall.
Thanks man! Yep got it from Home Depot. It’s absolutely perfect, just make sure you condition it. I used John Taylor’s Butcher Block Conditioner.
For the cable management I used the following:
Nice and congrats! You are not done yet!
Now for some unsolicited advice!
Basic wall mount cable hider makes a huge difference for cleaning up wall mounted displays, and when not running the cable inside the wall.
These underdesk cable raceways are an easy win for tidying up any wire rats nest under your desk. Doesn't have to be this particular brand.. they are all pretty much the same.
Cable concealer plastic racetrack will be the easiest and cheapest solution. Here's a sample device with video on Amazon:

no poop advice sorry but-
we have the baby monitor, both a camera and a separate basic audio monitor, mounted high on the wall in 2.5yo room. we use these cord covers that stick to the wall to contain the cords so toddler can’t touch them and also an outlet cover over the actual plugs.

Thanks! I used this kit for the power and display port cables out of the monitor and this for the wall lamp.
Best way I've found has been to use the cord covers for wall mounted TVs like these (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GPFDL1K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_1RXB8FGZAE9GE6Y17KPY) really cleans it up under the desk.
Would something like that work for the outlet? I have a couple and they work great
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B007IUOG5A?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
They also sell cord covers, but I wonder if ducktaped the cords to the top of the counter would work, depending on how often you would need to move them
These things are awesome for cable mgmt i picked them up. Just be sure where you went them. That double sided tape is not moving lol.

Highly recommend some cheap cable management. They work well.
Just saw this and thought of you! lol not shabby for ~$20 to hide the wires https://www.amazon.com/Raceway-Management-Channel-Paintable-Concealer/dp/B07GPFDL1K/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=wire%2Bchannel%2Bfor%2Bwall&qid=1639251357&sr=8-3&th=1
Lol you got it. Amazon sells a pretty large 10 pack of cable covers for only about ~$20-$30. Link here

For hiding TV cables https://www.amazon.com/Raceway-Management-Channel-Paintable-Concealer/dp/B07GPFDL1K
You could also just get something like this (US link, sorry)
I always look forward to your posts. May I recommend cable channels to hide the cable for your lights? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GPFDL1K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_W8JA0QB29WYSXRGQSH9T
This comes from a place of love: https://www.amazon.com/Raceway-Management-Channel-Paintable-Concealer/dp/B07GPFDL1K/
These over the wall cable raceways help immensely to hide the cables.
You might consider a cable raceway like this, they make them in different sizes and typically have self adhesive backing.
Cord Cover Raceway Kit White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GPFDL1K/
Even just a raceway would look nice
Looks really good but you should do something about those cables. Here’s a link to some cable covers! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GPFDL1K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fab_hk.EFbZ1626J5
I can’t see enough to give you really good tips here but right now, and i mean right now, unplug everything and lay it out in the floor lol. Do one device at a time and get some of these and these and some double sided tape. Do ONE device at a time so the cables don’t bunch up and you can layer them affectively. Start with the device that’s furthest from the source and move in.
Cable management.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GPFDL1K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ANQlFbT669FP5
I would recommend a cable cover/hider (e.g. https://www.amazon.com/Raceway-Management-Channel-Paintable-Concealer/dp/B07GPFDL1K/) to make it look even cleaner
There are cable concealers that are white that can hide them and guide them at the same time. Pretty cheap on amazon, for instance: Cable Concealer
Ahh I see what you’re saying with the combination of pc on the floor and sit/stand desk. Maybe just a longer display port and route it up behind the desk leg and up the monitor mount.
This is the kind of raceway I mean. There’s lots of similar ones too and you can always cut to your needs
