RuneScape is good!
If it's within your budget, get a mouse that has a lot of extra buttons you can use. Some MMO mice can basically have 30 buttons which is a lot for me to handle, but if I only had one useable hand I'd probably make it work. Like one of these:
I remapped most of my keybinds to be more like what I'm used to in WoW, and the game got so much easier to play. I like to have my left hand control character movement, and my right hand control everything else, so I go with:
And honestly a bunch more, but you get the idea. 🤷♂️
Dunno if this is viable long term but the only way i could get used to playing kbm (fortnite being my first step into pc gaming) is by using this mouse and assigning my inventory and builds /traps to the side keys. This makes it so the only keyboard keys i use are wasd movement, tab, ~, shift, ctrl and of course space bar.
Obviously I was exaggerating but sometimes dumbies don't be getting it ezpc

This is a gamechanger and it's -in part- how I've been able to climb from a bronze league bomber to gold level player (now diamond after bump).
Get yourself an MMO mouse:
Map your control groups to the mouse. I use 1-9 for groups and 10, 11, 12 as cycle through vills, military, and scouts. I still keep my select all building types to 1-8 on my keyboard so I can select all of them then CTRL + mouse button number to bind. When I start a game, TC = 1, and my two scouts are 2 and 3. As the game progresses I map 1=TC, 2=Barracks, 3=AR, and 6=Stables, 5=Siege. Any other random buildings like Market or if I want to control unit groups, I use 7-9 for those. This allows me to cycle my production rotation constantly without ever having to camera pan and click the buildings.
After that like others have said, practice using your grid keys, particularly Q+Q, Q+A and shift click for farms. And Q+W, E, or R for your production buildings. You practice this with this online tool.
I heard someone say the MMO mouse is cheating. Not sure how it's cheating, you're literally just changing which buttons you are using for your keybinds. Creating a macro that somehow performed multiple actions in 1 click I would consider cheating.

need a 12 button mouse thats durable, like i purchased corsair and multiple different razer products but mainly this one and the left click always seems to die or let go after a year or 2, kinda sucks spending 120$ ever other year, was wondering if anyone had any durable mouse i could look into? no budget but idealy not more than 200$
i really like the feel of these 2 mouse, just want something that could last at least 5 years or so if thats a thing
