even Amazon is price gouging toilet paper. https://www.amazon.ca/Cottonelle-CleanCare-Toilet-Strong-Tissue/dp/B07B81GD36/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=toilet+paper&qid=1583817677&sr=8-5 31 bucks today, but on february 15th it was 19.99 and the price history goes back as 19.99 for months.
