I like crane brand. Super easy to clean and the light isn't super bright so it doesn't disrupt sleep. Crane Drop Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier, Filter Free, 1 Gallon, 500 Sq Ft Coverage, Air Humidifier for Plants Home Bedroom Baby Nursery and Office, Blue and White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001ADL1SG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_glt_fabc_G6J7E0PWYDS4KWZQE1XN?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Good call on the mechanical switch. I have a humidity sensor from having to use a dehumidifier, so I can set it up to control this.
I was going to get This one. What do you think?
::Edit:: I just noticed yours is on sale for $10 cheaper and the same water capacity. Pretty sure I'll order that one.
Hey! So I recently devoted entirely too much time trying to decide on this exact question. Long story short I ended up making my own. If you have specific questions on that you can shoot me a pm.
The most widely manufactured humidifiers I’ve seen used are these two.
I use 2 of these Crane Drops hooked up to a humisdat by ink bird. Works well with humisdat because it does not have a built in humistat or module. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001ADL1SG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_N7546PJDFFHHKDVRVMM1
I use the crane brand that looks like a raindrop. The mist is ultra fine and it's very quiet.
