Basically I am looking for open back headphones and a microphone to go with them. I am thinking about the AKG 240 and a V-Moda mic but I'm not sure if they are a good choice or even the cheapest one. I was almost gonna go for the Superlux HD681 Evo but I saw they had a male cable connector which ruined my plans :(.
I would also appreciate advice on a microphone I have no idea if I should go for a clip on, V-Moda, Modmic or even a normal studio microphone.
Thanks in advance!
I've been using a $30 Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset for years and they have been working great. I also sometimes wear blue light blocking glasses during long stretches and have never had issues with them pressing too tightly on them.
I like my Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset. It's lasted a few years now and doesn't look like it's going to shit out on me any time soon. And I just noticed Amazon is selling it for 60. =\ I grabbed it on sale at Fry's for 40 way back when.

Comfortable, durable, well-sounding headset for about 15$ dollars less.
I'm hard of hearing/practically deaf. I can wear these all day, and often forget I have them on, they are THAT comfy. The sound is... loud. And they are durable. Trust me, I go through headsets like... someone who is crazy about something goes... through those. Potatoes, irishmen, but less racist.
Anyway, this is a good headset.
