There are USB to 12V fan boost converter cables like these although those fans are at the upper limit of recommended 0.4 amperage. Or with a bit of simple wiring work you could get an AC to 12V DC power adapter/supply and run multiple fans direct from a power outlet. Alternatively could just get fans that run at AC power like for ventilating AV equipment racks.

I got this one bc of the voltage step up so the fan can run at full speed
It’s expensive (ish?) but hey, it’s a Noctua fan :). $10.99 free shipping isn’t bad for all the use I’m getting imo.
I got an 80mm computer fan, added feet to intake side of the fan, and a 3/4 pin fan connector to USB A adapter, it converts 5V to 12V so the fan runs at full speed, and I plugged it into a USB A to C adapter, and plugged that into the gateway's USB C, I then put the fan at the bottom of the gateway.
CRJ sells a 12V boost converter that takes USB 5V and converts it up to 12V with a fan header on the end:
I use something like this with an old iPhone usb charger https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QFG6LFR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_M4CMQY36R7J5SZ1XQGAG I caught my finger in it a few times. Hurt, but not too bad. Doesn’t seem slow to start. Not more than in a regular case. It moves a decent amount of air for sure!
Nah.
I have no idea what everyone else is on about, you don't need to solder for this.
You probably have a little USB wall plug for phone chargers right?
Just add one of those to the end of a 12V step-up USB to PWM cable. I have this one. As long as you obey the current limit, it'll be fine.
Like a lot of you folks I had an extra Wraith Prism laying around after upgrading from a 4690k to 3700X and installing an AIO. I didn't feel like flipping it for a few bucks on eBay but also felt bad letting it go to waste.
I removed the fan from the heatsink and found a couple cables on Amazon that I thought may work:
(note these aren't referral links, and I don't work for this company, just posting if people want to try it too)

I plugged them both in my H200 front USB and the fan started spinning and LEDs lit up instantly. I installed the CM control software and it works as expected to control the LEDs.
I'm honestly not sure what to do with it outside of my case, and I stupidly didn't realize the fan would blow downwards (away from the front) so I can't really use it as a personal fan, but I think it's pretty neat nonetheless.

DC LT 2600 only draws 5W so that could be handled by this USB to 12V adapter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QFG6LFR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
If you feed 12V directly to the fan, it's going to spin as fast as it possibly can. Altering PWM won't make any difference. The only way you can make it spin faster is if you feed it a higher voltage, but that's not recommended as it can permanently damage the fan.
If you need something that spins faster, I would recommend just buying a faster fan. Those CM fans are designed to be quiet at full speed, something like 19dB at 1,100 RPM.
If you are powering something that is 10 feet away, why not use a USB to 12V converter instead?
These will take 5V USB input and output 12V for the fans. I have the dual fan adapter since it was only $1 more and I use it to test fans without having to open up my case. Also comes in handy when I'm soldering to keep the fumes away from my face.

Could find any here in the EU. Had to order from the US.
Hey man thank you for the reply. Its nice to know i can solder it if necessary. For now though, I realized I had a noctua fan controller laying around so i just ordered a USB fan adapter from amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QFG6LFR?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details). The good news is that it makes the noctua fan mod spin and is controllable if i want to quiet it down. Bad news is its not an elegant look. I used the ps2s front USB port lol. For now I'm just happy this ps2 won't overheat and will play along. If i ever get tired of seeing that USB in the front ill make sure to take your advice and solder it to the board! Thanks man!
This item right here.
it depends on the fan, but most will spin slower at 5v
they do have usb cables with 12V step up https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QFG6LFR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
