38:00 ceramics are my preference when you start getting it 61 Rockwell and above when you are at a standard 59 60 Rockwell the edge can roll back and 38:10 forth and this is really designed to straighten that edge back up when you start getting it 61 and higher it never really seems to roll the edge they just 38:19 get dull on you so ceramic is like using a 3000 grit stone depending on how coarse your rod is this is more of a sharpening process so it takes a little 38:28 more controlling that you're paying attention to your angle you're not just out - you're whipping a knife across it but they will do a good job let me grab

Cerax 1000 is thick, fast, and creamy smooth. Probably the best 1K under 50$. Short soak, about 10 min. It cuts like a 1K and polishes like a 2K.
