You can save lots of money by DIY. Use a permethrin like this one. It lasts months. I have treated three different houses for termites, kills 'em dead.

Great for treating the lawn around the house & garage too. Kills all the bugs.

I use a 3 step regimen because these things trigger really bad times for me and so it’s all out war lol. Different ingredients last I checked. I did do research years ago and will try to find and post that link.

Roaches bring me back to a really crappy point in life and so I don't mess around.

More fun facts: due to an increase in pesticides roaches are able to give birth younger/smaller. I'm talking teen roaches out here having hoards of babies.

And the little shits can still push that egg sack out after you think you've killed them. Be sure to destroy the sack if you see one. You probably won't see it though, because Mama Roach can stick the sack someplace inconspicuous using bodily fluids or some shit like that.

• CSI Tekko Pro IGR Insect Growth Regulator is my number one and I sometimes mix it with something store bought. Right now I've got the recommended amount (not really, I eyeball things lol) in a bottle of home defense but when that's gone I'll use my 2 gallon sprayer and dilute it properly.

• MGK Vendetta Plus Cockroach Gel is on hand now and i've purchased it 3 times according to amazon. Be sure to use really tiny amounts (there's a vid on youtube). I've only purchased it so often because I cross state lines often and lose stuff in the process :-)

• One time in Jackson,MS there were GOD-AWFUL roaches and so I used more than one gel. My logic was that they all contain different active ingredients and maybe the roaches were picky lol. I wanted to be sure I had the right poison for everyone. Rockwell Labs - Invict Gold - Cockroach Gel and Advion IGR are in my amazon history too, no joke

• zoecon Gentrol Point Source is my 3rd step in my warfare against roaches. This is foodsafe and goes in cabinets.
