i don't know if you are still looking for one, but i love the one i have.
here it is, the Cuisinart MSC-600 3-In-1 Cook Central 6-Quart Multi-Cooker: Slow Cooker, Brown/Saute, Steamer.
i'm lazy and hate washing dishes, so i can brown the meat and then put it on slow cooking without extra pots or pans to wash. i also use it as a skillet. it's the best kitchen appliance with a reasonable cost.
This one -
I got it as a gift (I am NOT loaded enough to buy something like this for myself hahaha) but I use it ALL THE TIME.
I have this Cuisinart model and I love it. It's great that if a recipe calls for browning something before adding it to the slow cooker, you can just do it all in the cooker without having to mess up another pan. Also love the non-stick surface and that it doesn't overcook EVERYTHING like my previous Crock Pot brand did.
I have this one and I love it:
You can brown in it, which is handy for some recipes. You can also use it a steamer, but I rarely take advantage of that. The "pot" part is non-stick aluminum, so it is not heavy. Best of all, it cleans up like a dream!
No locking lid, though, I'm afraid.
Maybe this one. I don't know that it does everything, but I think it covers most of what you want. There's a 4qt, a 6qt, and a 7qt version
Edited to add: I have the 6qt version. If you have any specific questions about it, I can try to answer them.
I'm going to disagree with the other answers. :) This is the one I have and I love it:
It allows you to brown and sear things in the pot and then switch to slow cooking. I love it for doing things like browning onions before adding the rest of the ingredients, or searing stew meat or roasts, before switching to a low heat cook.
It's fully programmable, which I use lots. It also automatically turns off and switches to "warm" if you go over your programmed cooking time.
The cooking pan itself is super lightweight for it's size and is dishwasher safe.
It's a little spendy, but I love it and would buy another one in a heartbeat.
Edited to add: I cook for 2, sometimes 3 people. So the size isn't prohibitive. Sometimes I'll make a big batch of something and freeze it, but it works for smaller amounts, too.
I have this one and I love it because I can pre-brown the meat right in the pot. It's got a non-stick surface though, so I don't know whether it can be Kashered or not. I have been hearing a lot of good things about the Instant Pot lately. Have you considered one of those?
Cuisinart 3-in-1 programmable slow cooker.
I think it's this one:
There are slow cookers that can brown or have that function.
Edit: Here you go, Cuisinart MSC-600 3-In-1 Cook Central 6-Quart
