Cup4cup is actually the brand name. It's a little hard to find sometimes, but I can usually get it on Amazon. Thank you. I'll keep posting more, but I'm not a good video creator. A YouTube video made by me would be pretty awful lol. https://www.amazon.com/Cup4Cup-KTS-2519-Gluten-Free-Flour/dp/B0096MPAWQ/ref=sxts_rp_s1_0?crid=2CE6FTVKLR6ZD&cv_ct_cx=cup4cup+gluten+free+flour&keywords=cup4cup+gluten+free+flour&pd_rd_i=B0096MPAWQ&pd_rd_r=ab1e9b68-636e-4537-9e7f-7b...
This is what I used: https://youtu.be/N_87Ow7HTdQ And just substitute the all purpose flour with Cup4Cup Gluten Free Flour, Multipurpose Flour https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0096MPAWQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_ARC7PZNP3S7NH8Y87NC2
I find Cup4Cup Gluten Free Flour, Multipurpose Flour a great gluten free substitute also
The King Arthur flour you mentioned is different from the one I use: Cup4Cup Gluten Free Flour, Multipurpose Flour https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0096MPAWQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_41V3FbFSTVXCP?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I just made this one a few days ago and it turned out great. It’s light, fluffy and moist. I used a marshmallow buttercream icing instead of their recommended icing and it was great.
