Until you find a more reasonable price point, the custom playmats on Amazon here are pretty decent. They are thin, but the print quality is surprisingly good for the price.

I was thoroughly impressed with how mine turned out given that the picture I gave wasn’t great quality but check out the pictures they have in the comments from buyers there’s some really good examples there.
You should buy 3 albas structure decks for $40ish dollars, a nice customized mat and mat holder for $20-40ish (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PHHFM6D/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_CPZDXAK1JHZGSJ60HSY7?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 -- if you know how to upload a photoshopped picture, mine came out amazing for only $20), some Japanese Sized sleeves (this is important if you want form fitting sleeves) (I personally really like the dragon shield, but my buddy is seriously into the katanas which are good also -- https://www.tcgplayer.com/product/149683/card-sleeves-dragon-shield-card-sleeves-dragon-shield-matte-japanese-sleeves-crimson-60-pack?Language=English -- These are the ones i use), maybe prebuy a binder or 2 for extra cards to trade/sell later on (get the 9 pocket so you can display 3 of 1 card, considering you can only run 3 of any 1 card in a deck(except for limited cards)) and go from there. Seriously though, that albaz deck is messing things up, for how cheap it is. But if you want to pull some cards afterwards because you have some money left over and it's pretty fun(at least in my opinion and at least when you're not trying to pull new stuff specifically that you want) Ghost from the Past part 2 just came out, Battle of Chaos was the last booster and Dimension Force is the next booster on the 20th of this month. Other than those few you can check https://www.yugioh-card.com/en/products/ to see when release dates are and what not.
And just to say you don't go the albaz route and you make a random deck, don't spend too much money until the banlist drops. I know you have a budget and everything, but going into meta you'll spend that $300 on the 6 core cards for an adventure package or even just 3 forbidden droplets. But just keep an eye out for the banlist. We don't have a date yet, but people are acting like it'll drop any week now.
