*UPDATE* Since I didn't give much info.
After 1 hour of running Prime95, the max temp was 68, with an avg of 62.
I basically built the case to fit around the Noctua NH-D15, and a full-size GPU.
There is one 120mm intake on the bottom, and one 120mm exhaust on the top.
Some of the parts I reused from a previous build, like the PSU. I know it's overkill. I also forgot to cut a hole for it, so it's mounted fan up.
The wood used is Hard Maple, finished with danish oil.

Judging from In-win's picture it looks like the new Gen 2 header is female (I've never seen one personally). This looks right to me:
