What is Reddit's opinion of Danner Men's Tachyon 8 Inch Military and Tactical Boot, Coyote, 10 D US?

I’ve been wearing these for almost a year now in a hot, humid environment and they have held up great. They run a tad bit small, smallest size they have on amazon is a men’s 3. I’d say order 2 pairs, the size you need and half a size bigger and return the one you don’t want. A little on the big side is ok, you can double up on socks if you need to and you’ll have a little room for account for foot swelling.

Well then I guess I'll have an extra motor if mine ever goes out :) good to know about the bucking, I'll keep in on deck for later. Boots are free for me, deployment benefits, and I need to break them in for ruck marching anyway. I wear that style of boots everyday to the point they feel like tennis shoes, so comfort shouldn't really be an issue for me, I wear Danner Tachyons and they feel like slippers after a few months. Insanely comfortable
