Chaffle Recipe:
Inside:
Put cheese down on the waffle maker first, then the egg/hwc mixture, then top with cheese. This creates a delicious crust from the cheese that you don’t get from mixing the cheese into the batter.
3g net carbs for whole sandwich, and it is so delicious. Even my non-Keto family loves them.
Cooked in the dash mini waffle maker here:

Small enough to put away in a corner somewhere, too, if you’re low on counter space.
One of my distant cousins gave us this and we absolutely love it and use it often - and I think about them every time I use it. So it really wasn't about money. It was about the gesture. It's just weird to me showing up to a wedding and not even send a gift. Then getting a thank you card and then again not sending a gift. Find it rude with my wife.
Store bought.
Fastest way is to cook it in one of these guys:

( fits one egg perfectly and cooks it FAST )
Slowly cook it with a tad bit of water and oil with the lid on top trap steam and get the eggs thick. I add salt black pepper jalapeños, onion and garlic ( black garlic goes well with eggs too )
For breakfast we sometimes bust out our little waffle maker. The key is to whip up a ton of batter and put out a bunch of ingredients (blueberries, choco chips, etc) for the waffles in bowls. Guests can make what they want and the waffles come out quick.
This isn’t the one we have but it’s similar.
I make an absolutely decadent ~250cal breakfast that high key love.
I have this teeny tiny waffle maker, which was a gift that sat in my closet for two years being ignored until I got a waffle craving recently.
I looked at a TON of waffle brands, and thought I'd go Kodiak Cakes like everyone else, but theirs actually are pretty high in calories and expensive. Then I found this protein waffle mix from whole foods for $3.99 and fell in love. 140cal, 11g protein, just add water, and one serving (1/4 cup dry mix) is the PERFECT amount for the teeny tiny waffle maker.
I put just a tiny bit of peanut butter (5g) on the waffle. It isn't much, but you get the flavor, and I slice up a banana and put it on there. I drizzle a tiny bit of hershey's chocolate syrup (5g on the waffle, 5g on the side for dipping the extra banana in) and I have a tiny version of a decadent breakfast.
Depending on the size of the banana it ranges from 250-280 calories.
Also, sugar free jello is only 10cal per serving
here you go!! it’s not cast iron sadly
