Unless the content owners (NBC or whoever) decide against licensing it out.
The reason they might decide not to, is if they don't anticipate it making enough money to be worth licensing.
Just for example, I can think of another one-season-and-cancelled sci-fi time-loop show that I liked ("Day Break" with Taye Diggs and Moon Bloodgood) that formerly had some limited streaming availability on Hulu, but for YEARS now it's unavailable online AFAIK (except from pirates of course). – Fortunately that show has a DVD (now on discount for US$8.39 lol).
I was also going to suggest Day Break (2006), a fun little time-loop romp that got only one season. I'd like to rewatch it but I can't find it from legal streamers at this time (and I don't pirate), so I may have to buy the DVDs.

day break was ok
If you might enjoy a fun little freebie with a time-jumping theme, try this forgotten canceled show FlashForward, free-with-ads in the U.S. on the ABC website:
https://abc.com/shows/flashforward
It's not great, it was in need of better writing, but if you can forgive the problems, perhaps you'll enjoy. (Canceled on a cliffhanger, so don't expect resolution.)

I also liked another forgotten single-season time-looping show called Day Break, which is unfortunately difficult to find nowadays except on DVD. (This too was canceled with just one season leaving a further story untold, but the initial arc did satisfactorily conclude.)
