Yup... a good seasoned egg pan of cast iron, or slightly lighter, carbon steel.
Once seasoned, this will be your favorite pan ever:
use a heavy, flat, steel or iron pan like <em>this</em>. heat it thoroughly (it'll soak up a lot) and then work in small batches, ideally one portion of stir fry at a time.
also, avoid using cold ingredients, like meat you just took from the fridge.
stir fry on electric is a pain, but it can be done (so so).
If you want smooth and you're willing to pay you want one of these.
They are absolutely fabulous and worth every penny.

Cuisinart are great, and you can get a giant set including a frying pan inexpensively.

Not that you shouldn't also own a few decent cast iron pieces.
Screw cast iron.
You will never go back. The only flaw is that you cant cook acidic foods in them, it will pull flavor out of the seasoning and taste like crap. They will last multiple lifetimes.
