Baseboard heaters are insanely expensive to run. It sounds like you’re probably losing heat somewhere, but even if you weren’t, you’re basically heating with the most inefficient method.
Invest in a few good space heaters, it could make a big difference. You can allow rooms you’re not using as much to stay a little cooler and only keep the rooms you spend the most time in at your ideal temp. Try to find the kind of space heater that’s a radiator style filled with oil, they hold the heat for longest so they’ll keep throwing heat for a while after you turn them off.
