Deer Alert. https://www.amazon.com/DEER-ALERT-DAAB-Warning-Device/dp/B000HA9J8C This is the one we used on our family car for many years quite successfully.
However, not many modern cars have the squared bumper on which it can sit successfully, so you may need to do some research and comparisons to the bumper of your particular vehicle.
