Been reading https://www.amazon.com/Defending-Master-Race-Conservation-Eugenics/dp/1584657154 and I'm guessing it's a cultural thing that goes back to that time, where the "nordic" race were considered to be the true kangz, and they're the tallest on average.

BTW there are only 14 countries where 5'11 or higher is average
