You are going to grow into a handsome man! You have some good features, good face shape, great hair, warm eyes, fantastic arms ��, no acne (which is terrific for a 17 yo).
I don't think your skin tone is too dark, but if it makes you uncomfortable, then consider looking into skin lightening products.
Same with your nose. It isn't an unattractive nose, but if you feel it is too wide, consider rhinoplasty. Consider going for a Denzel nose like this one. (That man was so gorgeous in his youth)
