TBH aside from the service app deprecations, UPS sync methods and minrole ... 2013-2019 aren't very different. So most "setting up the farm" stuff is pretty relevant.

There are courses on pluralsite that are decent primers... but my fav vids are from the 2013 era, i.e. these series are all great:

gross. that's kind of an oxymoron. autoinstaller is cute for quick lab/test env do it right if you are building a prod env (or an org's dev/test/preprod, even) IMO
