I meant constantly depressed, and I used sadness as a catch-all for all of those other emotions you outlined. I fully expected downvotes, and I posted it anyway. Depression can be managed without the excessive costs (both financial - and in my opinion there is a higher cost in validating the claims that it's out of control without the help big pharma) of constant therapy and heavy medication.
I never said it was easy. But it requires discipline - you have to discipline your mind and your more importantly your thoughts. People have little sympathy for the overeaters because their condition and how they got to be that way is all out in the open. People can not see you fostering negative thoughts. They can't see you abusing yourself with negativity.
