I used the pattern for the head and arms from the book “Designer Amigurumi” (Designer Amigurumi: A Cosmopolitan Collection of Crochet Creations from Talented Designers https://www.amazon.com/dp/6059192351/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_99YNPH39T0QYEGHSD8E7)
Then I used a granny square pattern and did 17 rounds to make the blanket/lovey portion.
I used DK Weight yarn with a 3.5 mm hook for the head and arm. Then a 4.0 mm hook for the blanket/portion. The yarn was stuff I had but lost the labels on.
