Hi there-
Designing with Light is a great comprehensive introduction to theatrical lighting.

Vectorworks for Entertainment design is a great book on theatrical design for stage and entertainment/live events. It was just updated this year, so it's likely that he covers the new toolsets, although I've only read the previous version.
