I finished a garage a little bigger than that - so I can't speak to the flooring component.

However, drywall & insulating was relatively straightforward. It did, admittedly take longer than expected, the time really flew by. I watched youtube tutorials and it was easy. The hardest part was cutting the holes for electrical.

I would strongly suggest buying the T-square. Made life way easier. There's even a calculator Drywall Calculator - that tells you how much of everything you'll need.

Also recommend the drywall bit Bit - made life much easier.

I'll link my before and after if you'd like - patience is key, especially at the beginning, but you can really get in the groove of it. I recommend when you're in the swing of things keep going as long as possible.
