Unfortunately, they don't seem to be offering it for sale, and I can't find it anywhere else online. However, they seem to be using diamond polish, which you can get on Amazon.

However, I haven't done this yet, so I can't vouch for the results. I will be trying it soon.
The first one would be the better of the two. The wood will keep the leather flat. You really want the rough side of the leather if you only have one strop. Like this one:

I bought this leather from Amazon and some 2.5” wide MDF and some contact cement and was able to make 3 strops. 2 rough side up and one slick side. If you do this use the 3 and 1 micron paste on the rough and buy the spray below for the slick one.
