Why would the US care so much about that while ignoring Israel's nuclear arms? Is Hersh mistaken about the Israeli nuclear blackmail against the US? Is Smith wrong about Israeli theft of US fissile material?

Your support for one or another set of sanctions is not material. We are trying to figure out here why Israel gets the preferential treatment.

You may not realize it but Palestinians are the Jews who owned the land. That said, I'm not basing Palestinians' right to land on blood, rather on their literal legal ownership. They owned those lands, literally. As of 1945, per UNSCOP report on the Mandate, "Arabs" owned 85 percent of the land while "Jews" owned only 7 percent. Everything outside that 7 percent has been stolen. It's theft in the criminal law sense.
