I understand the need for utilizing online materials but nothing can replace a good book for reference in your dive library. The book "Diving Science" has been my go to reference for any and all questions related to science, physiology, and can help break down any questions you might have. I'll include the link on Amazon that I could find. It's not an affiliate link and if you can find it somewhere else, I recommend you get it somehow.

Shouldn't matter on metric or imperial but I'm pretty sure it covers everything. Once you start instructing more you will build a "library" of reference materials and that book is one you should always have.

Only book you'll need concerning dive science and physiology if you care about that kinda stuff...it's the first link I could find, it's not an affiliate link, and idk if you can get cheaper but that book is a must in any dive professionals book case.
