100% recommend a donut pillow. Takes the pressure off your bits when you sit which... You're gonna want it anytime you sit. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000G015XA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_HTTT8EYR3EHE1MQAQ7A3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 This is the one I got. It's like my new buddy! And my cats fight over it when I'm not using it! Haha!
Dude, you just identified many of my own triggers too: sitting for too long - especially in a harder surface, too much coffee, too much acidic food, spicy food, alcohol, weed, and stress.
After dealing with this in and off for almost a year, these are ways I alleviate or make it go away for longer periods:
(1) I sit on a donut cushion as often as I can. I sit on it half day at work and stand at a table rest of the time. I even take it in meetings. I also have one in my car I always sit on. I even take it with me inside restaurants or coffee shops if they have hard seats - when it flares up I'll use it all the time. I've stopped going to any coffee shops that don't have an area I can stand and work if I needed. I also use the cushion in a movie theater most of the time. I don't care that it looks weird or people wonder why am I carrying a cushion around. My health, comfort, and sanity is 1000x more important. This one is the best one I've found and it's cheap:

(2) I sold my desk at home and got a motorized standing desk used for $275.
(3) As I mentioned, I stand at work 1/2 the time on average. I've informed my boss about my condition and he's understanding.
(4) I now take Phenocane (herbal mix of turmeric) for inflammation rather than ibuprofen

(5) I don't touch antibiotics anymore since I know my CCPS is non-bacterial
(6) I use Aneros MGX prostate massager during flare ups but this hasn't been as effective for me. I'd probably recommend Aneros Helix unless MGX is uncomfortable enough.
(7) I use Therawand Premium:

The 10-11 and 1-2 o'clock massage positions of this relives it symptoms for while. I'd go to a CPPS physical therapist for proper training of how to use as well as myofascial release exercises and prostate milking, but there are no male therapists in my city. :-/ Sorry, but I don't want to go to a female therapist for a male version of a problem.
(8) Myofascial Release Exercises. Here's a good simple one:
(9) General stretching or yoga exercises. I especially find exercises like the one above and "cobra" type exercises helpful (I.e. Opposite of a sit-up) - holding top of doorway and stretching forward so that your body is arched forward and your stretching your abdomen backwards opposite of a sit-up movement.
(10) Meditation and other mental and breathing relaxation exercises. I joined Headspace for 1 year.
(11) And of course, reducing or cutting down on fapping!
Hope this helps!
