The New Testament is a revision of the Jewish faith - to bring back Greek moral values.
In a void of cultural morals marxist values (or any other bullshit rubbish that hasn’t evolved with us over thousands of years of philosophy in examining the human condition) will always be lacking.
Religion is thousands of years of evolution of those stories. You can’t just press reset and rewrite them.
That’s what both hitler and Stalin tried to do.
