Sorry you’re dealing with this. There are people that can help. My dad gave me this book Don't Sweat the Small Stuff . . . and It's All Small Stuff: Simple Ways to Keep the Little Things from Taking Over Your Life (Don't Sweat the Small Stuff Series) https://www.amazon.com/dp/0786881852/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_WAMASG6RMFDRKJM8HTVF a while back and it helped to give me some perspective.

This book helped me out, maybe take some time to give it a read over? It's quite popular and many have read it to find some insight on how to handle the little things in life that can upset us without realizing it.
It sounds to me like you need to re-focus your way of thinking, as you are in a dangerous loop right now. Everyone has the same thoughts you are having from time to time, but it is what we do with those thoughts that defines our attitude and happiness.
There are things in my life that of zero consequence or concern. It is concerning when people can't deal with the most minor of social friction.
READ. THIS. BOOK.

I read a couple chapters a day and try to incorporate the tips into my daily life. It is amazing!
I also try to take time for me during the day to walk around outside and meditate. It is so nice to have time to myself to be calm and sort my thoughts.
> But I forgot people can't say anything on reddit without getting bashed.
Isnt that kind of what just happened here. They were sharing information with the community and you were giving them grief because some of the information in the post had been mentioned before in another post.
Still, you being upset over this seems petty.
Shouldn't let little things like that bother you man.
I remember my mom reading a book when I was younger called "Don't sweat the small stuff". Maybe you should give it a read man. Might help you shake off some of that stress.
That's a link to it on amazon.

I am going through a similar situation mixed with drinking. I ordered a book, "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff and It's All Small Stuff: Simple Ways to Keep the Little Thing...", that was suggested by a friend and it will be here tomorrow. After reading a chapter in my friends copy it's really helped with the frustrations and small agitations I encounter. Hope this helps!

Get this book if you can. It will do wonders to you.
Sounds like you need to start on this book with him if those numbers really bothered you
Book by that title explains it.
I've read a few books on it, but I would suggest Don't Sweat the Small Stuff (And It's All Small Stuff). It talks about the importance of taking time to clear your mind so that things don't stack up, but also some other ways to alleviate worry.
Also, How to Stop Worrying and Start Living by Dale Carnegie. it is arguably better than the first, but it is a slightly older book (though Dale Carnegie was awesome).
