Recently bought a Lemome to avoid ghosting and get something a little more durable.
120gsm ivory paper, I haven’t had any sort of ghosting or bleed though. The pages are a bit wider too, helps for larger spreads!

Been really liking Lemome's hardcover A5 dot journal ( https://www.amazon.com/Thick-Classic-Notebook-Pen-Loop/dp/B07168XGHT?th=1&psc=1 ) Great price and looks/feels wonderful too. Just randomly tried it off of Amazon one day and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Although I do enjoy my TWSBI Eco fountain pen, been using a Pilot v5 rt and a precise mainly. As a lefthander it feels good to have a pen that lays down bold ink but doesn't smear immediately.
I don't do all my planning in physical form, but I do like to do some sketching and make notes about ideas in a physical book.
I got this recently, not exactly what you are asking for, but is work for what I want.
I'd recommend this notebook from Lemome on Amazon. These go for around 11-15 bucks and have 180 pages and great quality paper. A lot of people are recommending notebooks with really heavy paper. I don't think that's necessary - especially for the price premium - unless you watercolor or use alcohol markers in your journal.
I personally use a 6 dollar hardcover dot journal from Walmart. The paper is not as good as the one I recommended, but it has over 200 pages and fulfills the job perfectly. It would be a step down from what you're used to, however. I have a separate notebook for drawing and painting.
Hey there and welcome! Is this what you’re looking for? :)

Edit 2: I’m sorry if the link looks weird! The preview looks fine, but the final post looks wonky...
Lemome! It's pretty good, thick pages with minimal bleed-through unless you use a lot of ink. Binding isn't holding up too great though.
I'm obsessed with my Lemome notebook. It has even less bleeding than a leuchtturm and it has a really nice heavy duty hard cover. I also prefer the color but that's just preference. It's also only $15 so not nearly as expensive even though I actually think it's a better notebook. The only downside is it only has one ribbon but I think that's an okay trade-off.
I got it on amazon! I've only had it for a month but i l o v e it
5x8ish! Here’s the link to it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07168XGHT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_4GhVAbR5PFXG5
Neither. I like this cheap Lemome one well enough I’ve filled two and am working on a third one.

You're welcome! I want to add that I just found another one with 120gsm paper on Amazon. Ok, I'm done now...
I’ve been using Lemome for about 2 years now. 120gsm (I think it is anyway) FP friendly, nice quality and a damn fine price too.

It's a Lemome A5, here's a link to Amazon
I actually just got a journal from Notebook Therapy and I can very highly recommend it if you can wait a few weeks (shipping takes forever). I can also recommend this notebook from Amazon, though the paper isn't as nice and it's more cream that white. I would avoid Scribbles that Matter, though, because I thought the paper feathered really badly and also the binding started falling apart almost immediately.
This brand makes dotted/ruled notebooks that have very thick paper. Nice hard covers and a durable fabric spine: https://smile.amazon.com/Dotted-Bullet-Notebook-Journal-Hardcover/dp/B07168XGHT/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=lemome&qid=1618439305&s=handmade&sr=1-2-catcorr
I like them so much, I bought several year's supply.
If you decide to go this route, using a blank notebook, I use a dot grid notebook from Lemome https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07168XGHT/
I bought one of these for work purposes and loved it so much I ended up buying them for personal use. It looks good and the paper is nice, they have a couple variants if you're not into the brown one. I used notecards to write down my favorite spreads or prompts and tuck them in the back pocket.
on amazon you can find lemome journals. they’re pretty affordable (under $15) and have thick paper that doesn’t ghost. i highly recommend! here’s a link: link
